It is owned by Albion residents who offer over 40 years experience in community management and development. Absentee ownership means that you, the resident , do not really know your owners and they do not know you. Management decisions are sometimes made without considering the best interest of the resident, such as indiscriminate rent increase or even a sudden change in ownership. In Heritage Estates residents know the owners and are on a first name basis with each other. Owners are on site daily and take a personal interest in the management and direction of all aspects of the manufactured home community. They understand and are sensitive to the needs of the residents and you are encouraged to discuss your concerns with them.
